Course registration fee for participants includes:
Name badge, program and abstract book, access to the scientific program, lunch, coffee breaks, Welcome reception on Wednesday, and Get Together (dinner) on Thursday. All meeting materials will be available at the registration desk at the course venue during the ECPR 2017.
Residents and fellows in (paediatric) radiology can register for a reduced fee as indicated. A supportive letter from the head of the department confirming this status should be send to the meeting secretariat directly after registration online (email: email@example.com).
Students of medical schools can register for a reduced fee as indicated. A supportive letter from the university or medical school confirming this status should be send to the meeting secretariat directly after registration online (email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
*** Get Together
The Get Together dinner activity with faculty and attendees will take place on Thursday October 12 in a historic location in the city center of Utrecht, and is included in the registration fee for participants of the course. If you would like to attend this social event, please indicate on the registration form. For accompanying persons an additional fee of EUR 50 is required for attending the Get Together.
Hotel registration is not included in the meeting registration but should be arranged separately by yourself. For more information, please see the tab Accommodation (Registration).

When payment of the registration fee has been settled you will receive a confirmation letter with your registration details and information ‘How to travel to Utrecht’.
All cancelations must be send to the meeting secretariat by e-mail. In case of any cancellation up to August 1, 2017, costs will be reimbursed for 50% and for 25% if the cancellation is received as of August 1 – October 1, 2017. After this date payments cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
